Bronze sintered filter are manufactured in strict accordance with JB/T8395201

1.They are high performance high strength filter element .Preparation of loose sintering process. The spherical bronze powder, which is in the range of precise control precision ,is installed in the mould . Then the product is-sent into the medium temperature electric furnace with reduction at atmosphere, which is directly sintered and released. in order to mold an loading easily, it has certain degree of stripping..The filter core has good air permeability and low pressure loss.

2.The filter element is made up of spherical powder, with high porosity, uniform pore diameter and smooth, and small initial resistance.

3.The filter cake is easy to form on the surface of the silter element and easy to be blown back

4.The copper powder filter element is made by mixing powder-pressing sintering and processing.
